USB Software
Following the simple
3
steps below to create your own UserConnect USB drive
and work with our demo datacenter. you can also watch this
instruction movie that will accompany you during the installation.
Instructions
Step 1:
Download
UserConnect Profile 2.15
compressed file. Save it and extract the file to a
folder.
Step 2:
Insert the USB drive
and run "SlickAccessKey.exe". Identify for the
software your USB drive either in the tree view or in the
manual part below and click the orange USB icon to install
the software.
Step 3: After installation is completed, you will be
prompt with the screen below to save the key file - "KEY.SAC".
Save the file and send
it to
key@SlickAccess.com
for activation.
SlickAccess
team will add your name and information to the trial system and send you
confirmation e mail with your username and password on the demo
datacenter active directory. Please click on
the following link to use the SlickAccess key:

Note: If
the SlickAccess USB is tested from a PC on a corporate network that
is protected by network firewalls, the key may not be able to
connect to SlickAccess servers due to the firewall's setting. This
problem does not appear when a UserConnect Manager is installed
within the corporate network.
